Ask Us Anything
This page grows with your questions.
So thank you.

Are you open every day?
Yes, we’re open every single day –
from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
That includes weekends, holidays, and even power outages.
Just come.

Where exactly are you located?
We’re in Krabi, in an area called Sai Thai – right between Ao Nang and Krabi Town. About a 10-minute drive either way.
Just search Cannazon Farm on Google Maps.

Is this outdoor or indoor grow?
Only indoor.
Every plant is grown in a fully controlled environment – light, humidity, nutrients, CO2, everything.
That’s how we ensure quality, consistency, and transparency in every batch.

How is this different from a dispensary or coffeeshop?
At Cannazon, you see the whole process.
You know exactly what the plant received, when it was harvested, how it was cured.
In most shops – you don’t know where the flower is from, how long it sat there, or what batch it came from.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes.
Inside Krabi, we usually deliver same-day or next-day depending on area.
Outside of Krabi, we send via Thai Post – usually arrives within 1–3 days.
You'll need a Thai phone number and a clear delivery address.

How can I check what’s in stock?
Best way is just to message us directly.
We try to keep the site updated, but sometimes a strain is available in the shop before it’s officially listed.
Text us on Line or WhatsApp – we’ll let you know right away.

Do you have anything mild for beginners?
Yes.
For example, Ice Lemon is a lighter, citrusy strain loved by folks who don’t usually smoke.
And if it’s out of stock – we’ll suggest something else that’s smooth and easy.

How should I store the flowers?
Cool, dry, and airtight.
Not in the fridge unless it’s sealed extremely well.
If you’re ordering a big amount, divide it into smaller sealed packs and keep them out of heat and light.
Or just ask us to send you fresh ones in parts, week by week.

Do you have customer support?
Of course.
We're available every day on WhatsApp and Line, just not late at night.
If there's any issue with delivery or anything else, just message us and we’ll help.

Do you have uplifting strains?
We do. Some of our strains are more energizing, depending on what’s in stock.
Let us know what you’re after and we’ll suggest based on our experience and what customers liked.

I'm new – how do I choose?
Look, smell, feel.
Go with your curiosity.
Or ask us to put together a tasting pack so you can try a few strains and find what you love most.

Do you offer tours?
Not formal tours – but the farm is always open.
If we’re trimming, watering, or harvesting, you’re welcome to see what’s happening.
Ask anything – we’re happy to share.

How many strains do you usually have?
It varies, but usually around 15–20 strains in rotation. We grow everything ourselves, so it depends on harvest timing and what’s ready.

Can I mix and match strains in one order?
Absolutely. You can pick your own mix, or let us make you a sampler box to try a bit of everything.

My wife and I keep coming back, do you have any kind of loyalty program?
Yes, we’re actually working on something like that now.
If you’re ordering from us regularly – especially if you live in Thailand – let us know.
We’ll be happy to add you to our members list and send you a card when it’s ready.

If I only have 10 minutes, is it still worth coming?
Sure. We can show you the basics and let you smell what’s ready.
You’re always welcome to come back for a longer visit

Do you have something gentle for daytime that will not knock me out?
Yes. We usually have a light, clear option.
Ask what is available today.

I’ve been growing at home for a while and I’d love to hear how you do things, would it be okay to chat about it when I visit?
Growers are always welcome. Bring your curiosity, we’re happy to share what we’ve learned along the way.

How long should I plan to stay?
Most visits take 20 to 60 minutes.
If you want to go deeper, we will make time.
And of course you can chill with friends at the visitors lounge as long as you like.

I’m a photographer traveling in Krabi.
Can I stop by and take some photos for my portfolio and social media?
Sure. You’re welcome to come, explore, and capture the farm.
We’re always glad to work with creative minds.

Do you offer a behind the scenes greenhouse tour?
Yes.
Our growing area is fully indoor, so it’s a little different from a regular greenhouse.
We walk with you inside, show the setup, explain the steps and answer any question.
It’s a quiet and simple visit, and most people enjoy seeing how everything works from the inside.

I'm in Krabi for just one day. Is the farm visit short and easy?
Yes, it’s very easy.
Most visitors stay around fifteen to twenty minutes, walk through the indoor rooms, ask a few questions and continue their day.
We’re right between Krabi Town and Ao Nang, so it’s a simple stop on the way.
The visit is quiet and relaxed, and if you’d like to stay a little longer, you’re welcome to sit in our small rest area and enjoy the place.

Is it okay to visit the farm even if I don’t know anything about growing?
Yes, of course.
Many visitors arrive with no background at all and we explain things in a clear and friendly way.
The visit is relaxed, and we adjust the explanations to whatever you’re curious about.
If you’re interested in seeing how things grow indoors, you’ll feel comfortable here.

Do you have an indoor greenhouse? What’s different about it?
Yes, everything here is fully indoor.
It looks a bit different from a regular greenhouse because the conditions are stable and controlled.
During the visit we walk inside, show the setup and explain how things grow from start to finish.
It’s a simple and calm way to understand the whole indoor process.

Can we come as a family? Is the visit suitable for kids?
Yes, families do visit, but the farm is not a children’s attraction.
The tour simply shows how our indoor rooms work and nothing is used or handled during the visit.
Children may join you quietly for the walk or wait in the outdoor area if that feels better for you.
Thai law allows any kind of use only from age twenty and with the proper approval, so the visit is purely educational and calm.
If you’re traveling as a family and just want to see the place, you’re welcome.

Is the visit more like a shop or more like an educational tour?
It feels mostly like an educational visit.
You walk with us through the indoor rooms, see how things grow and ask whatever you want.
We keep it simple and show the work behind the scenes so you can understand the whole process.
The visit usually ends in our curing room, where the flowers rest.
If you want to look at the different strains or choose something you like, you can do that quietly at the end.

I’m interested in the process...
Do you explain drying, curing and quality control?
Yes, we can explain all of that.
As we walk through the indoor rooms we go over the main steps in a clear and simple way, and if you’re curious about things like drying, curing or how quality is checked, just ask.
Everyone has different questions and we’re happy to explain whatever interests you.

Is it okay to take photos during the visit, or do you prefer to keep things private?
It’s completely okay.
We’re happy for visitors to take a few photos as they walk through.
There’s nothing secret here and we enjoy showing the work as it really is.
If you later choose to share a photo or a short video and tag us, it always makes us smile.

I’m not familiar with the area… how do I actually find you?
The easiest way is to open the link below.
It takes you straight to our spot on Google Maps and the route appears right away.
We’re between Krabi Town and Ao Nang, so it’s a very simple drive.
Once you tap the link, getting here is easy.

Do you explain the Thai regulations during the visit?
Yes.
We keep it simple and go over the basic rules for personal use and selling to shops.
You can ask anything and we’ll explain what applies to you.

Can you guide me with the official steps for personal use approval?
Yes, of course.
I can help you whenever you’re ready, either now or after your visit.
We explain the process and the current requirements, and the rules change from time to time.
If you want to start, I’ll send you the link.
It’s just a few questions and takes about ten minutes.
